"Mockery and..."

I have had a very bad experience with this Estate Agents. I was mislead regarding a property which an offer was accepted on and by over night this all changed. I was told the property was no longer available to me. Although these things do sometimes happen, I was asked for Information and when I tried to contact the office was they were either closed or failed to respond. I just find the whole process and ways of handling things very unprofessional and misleading!!
