We were very happy with David and the service he provided. However David's personal high standards were not always replicated when dealing with his office staff. Emails sent asking for help and advice were often not replied too. Telephone conversations were quite negative and non supportive when trying to aim for deadlines. As our acting estate agent except for David coming round personally we had no other contact whatsoever and felt very much on our own when dealing with solicitors, surveyors, structural engineers etc. We sold another property at a similar time in the Peterborough area and had lots of support, encouragement and updates from our estate agents via email and telephone. Therefore in comparison the service provided by David Clark was severely lacking in many areas.
