Excellent service from beginning to end. We agreed an offer within a couple of weeks of going on the market. They were always responsive and prompt in replying, as well as keeping us (and the agent for our purchase) up to date with developments as they happened.

David Clark & Co staff do offer a thorough knowledge of the area & its relative housing stock, thereby being able to provide a realistic valuation. The Co. assisted us in gaining additional planning permission, thereafter producing a professional marketing brochure resulting in a rapid sale at above target price level. A friendly comprehensive service which got a result.
