Danielle was great and accomodating, as well as she ensured that our questions were answered in a timely manner, no matter how minor they were. Beverley, our property manager is also fantastic in dealing with our queries! It is very reassuring to know that our emails are being answered without any delay and that both of them are being stars.

She is extremely knowledgeable of procedures and practices, and was always willing to answer questions and help. She was very polite and professional, and always smiled and looked happy to see us. Moving to the U.K. has been a complicated process for us. Luckily, we had Danielle Marren as our Lettings agent at Cheffins. She made the transition so much easier for us and often anticipated our questions, always one step ahead, making sure our renting application and paperwork was without issues.
