She is extremely knowledgeable of procedures and practices, and was always willing to answer questions and help. She was very polite and professional, and always smiled and looked happy to see us. She responded to emails and calls in a very timely manner, and kept both the start of tenancy and the end of tenancy steps moving forward by keeping us updated.
