Updating my review now I've been a tenant with Umega for nearly a year. I've been a Renter in different cities for a decade now and I haven't once come accross a company as fast and as helpful as Umega. We had a very short window to get everything done as my current tenancy end date was looming but they stepped up to help. Rapid replies, quick to adjust to my needs, and genuinely care about making sure things go well. If I could give six stars I would, the experience has been top class. Throughout our first year the team have been on top of everything, always happy and eager to help, and their systems of reporting any required help and for arranging appointments etc is simple and easy to use. Thank you team Umega, keep doing what you do the way you do it and never change 🥳 💯 Also shout out to Courtney on their team who is always swift to reply friendly on the phone and just makes sorting out house stuff pleasant and easy.

Excellent service. We have moved back from Canada and the service and help that Umega have provided are second to none. No other company would help us and they have been great. Rachel was fantastic do deal with and made sure this was smooth.

Renting with Umega has been a smooth process from start to end, and our portfolio manager Olga has been very responsive and professional on every single query or issue we raised throughout the tenancy. Their system keeps a good record of everything and every request has been dealt with in timely manner.

Umega is absolutely brilliant. Suzie was incredibly informative, professional and proactive with any issues we had during the renovation of our property and organisation to get it ready for rental. It’s been some of the best professional service we’ve received, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the company to anyone we know!

Finding a property and going through the rental process with Umega was a stressfree experience; Becca was excellent in answering all our questions and getting us through the referencing process and the lease signing. It was greatly appreciated as we were doing it all from abroad so her help was invaluable to us. Overall all the staff we dealt with (Rachel, Francesca & Courtney) were professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. We would recommend Umega without hesitation.

Umega managed the letting of our flat for a number of years and we were very pleased with the service and responsiveness, especially as we had by that stage little contact in Edinburgh. They were particularly helpful with organising repairs which can be challenging. When we subsequently decided to sell the flat we chose them as our selling agents. The liaison between the letting department and the sales department was very good so that when we had a major water leak just as the sale process started their letting department handled the repair very effectively to get the flat ready for the sales department. The sale was handled very efficiently and we appreciated the company's flexibility and ability to handle our personal requirements. We were particularly pleased with the level of communication with us by Daniel of their sales team. We were fortunate that Umega found a buyer very quickly and introduced us to solicitors who were responsive and ensured that the sale was completed without issue or delay.
