As someone who has never rented before, i didn't even know where to begin with then renting out my own home! Steve was such a great help in talking me through everything, answering all of my silly questions (likely more than once) outlining everything step by step. He is a super friendly guy and couldn't be more attentive. The quality of photos from the company is amazing, my house looked amazing on the ad which i'm sure helped lead to such a successful viewing day lead by Rachel. She is so full of energy and interacted great with the clients! Similarly, she has been a great help at guiding me through the process and what best to do, answering any question at any stage. Really chuffed with the service i have received thus far, making an initially daunting process feel really straight forward!
