Umega lettings, especially Courtney, have been incredibly helpful since I moved into my property. I moved in to my new property about 6 months ago and have had ongoing issues with a leaking tap in my bathroom. I contacted Courtney who sorted this promptly for me meaning no more leaky taps! I have had bad experiences in the past (with previous agencies) when it comes to getting issues dealt with, so getting this sorted efficiently was very much appreciated!!

My self and my flatmates rented the flat for about a year. When we first moved in the flat looked absolutely stunning very clean and well kept, with no issues. Umega and Shona Reid were absolutely great tenants, whenever we had an issue they always had a fast reply and quickly solved our problem, with no costs. They covered a new stove and a new fridge for us which was absolutely great, specially considering we are students. I highly recommend them as tenents, they will make you life very easy and help you with what ever issues you have.
