We just recently got an apartment from them, and the team made it as stress free as possible, from several reminders for our viewing, up until we got our apartment keys. Answering every of our questions along the way and being super prompt with replies. A big thank you to Chris, Becca and Ioni.

Ioni was very warm and friendly when arriving for our flat inspection. I was talked through the process and asked for consent before each stage of the inspection. An overall positive, unobtrusive experience with someone we won’t hesitate or feel uncomfortable in approaching for any future communication.

Currently staying with Umega Lettings and have had nothing but positive experiences with the company so far. My boiler unfortunately broke down a few weeks ago however my agent Marina and the team at Umega were quick to help and had engineers in to first check and then replace the old boiler all within 6 days. The experience I had with Umega Lettings & Estate Agents, particularly with my main point of contact, Eleonora Vacca, was fantastic. The service provided was professional and outstanding. I was greatly impressed by the warm welcome I received when I moved in the flat for the first time. Eleonora was quite patient in introducing me to the flat and helped me get familiar with how to use the kitchen equipment, boiler and heating system, etc. Thanks to her help, I gradually get used to my new life in this flat.

Absolutely fantastic service from the moment I enquired about Umega taking over as property manager for our flat. Let down badly by our previous agent, so was pleasantly surprised by how much Umega could help us with. Led by Suzie fantastically throughout the process, her recommendations on small improvements were done to a high standard and offering great value for money. Once the property was ready, tenants were screened quickly and property now making the money it should've been many years ago. Highly recommend Umega if looking at changing your agent, or getting your property let.

Over the years I have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. I have also found their contractors to be the same. Only once have I had to call them twice about an issue, and that was more than 5 years ago; never since. It's now 6 years later, and the service I have received from this firm has never disappointed. They are always courteous, and fast to respond to any issues. I'd recommend them to anyone.
