The team at Simpson and Marwick who helped us on our house purchase were great. Richard Loudon led the team and was incredibly responsive, especially when any issues arose. He was also very clear as to which member of the team we would expect to interact with at each stage. This was not the easiest transaction given it spanned the start of covid lockdown and initially had to be postponed but we received sound advice and support throughout. Bobby Fife was meticulous in anticipating the various legal hoops we would need to jump through and getting the required paperwork in order to comply with all relevant regulations. Carolyn Jones was also brilliant in helping with the key final stages, dealing with them quickly and professionally. Overall a great service and we were particularly glad to have Richard’s experience and strategic advice on our side.
