The team at Simpson & Marwick did a great job with our sale. We had a personal visit from a valuer (which not every firm offered at that time) and achieved a valuation figure we were happy with, followed by a smooth viewing process that we could track using their app. Conveyancing was all handled very smoothly and professionally, too. We felt it was a really good-value experience.
