I have had a very good experience with Northwood, who manage a property for me. Thanks to Lewis and Stuart and all the office staff I have corresponded with - all very efficient and helpful!

I am a new tenant with Northwood as I just rented a new flat. I have to say that after I saw the flat, I checked the reviews for this agency and some of them made me sceptical if I should proceed to rent with them. However, the professionalism of Lewis, who showed me the flat and really helped me to get it quickly, made me think that I should give a chance (the flat was amazing too), as mistakes maybe were made in the past, but the company is trying its best to get better. If anything changes, I will update this review as I believe reviews are very important for everyone. As someone which also just ended a tenancy and started a new one, always but always take photos and videos of the property and communicate via emails with everyone to have proofs.

I used Northwood as Letting Managers and then to sell my flat, and found them to be clear communicators willing to make things simple. I asked for help with a number of things and help was provided.
