Great service from really nice people to work with. As a landlord, Northwood make the renting process really simple, managing the tenancy selection and ongoing management, arranging any necessary maintenance work on our behalf, ensuring we continually meet the relevant safety checks, etc and generally shielding us from what could be challenging and time consuming tasks. I moved to Northwood on a recommendation from a friend as I was unhappy with the well known letting agent I was with. The difference is amazing. I now get an answer to a phone call within 3 rings, often even earlier and emails are answered promptly and helpfully. That’s an enormous difference from my previous letting agents. I renovated my flat as I moved to Northwood and they were very helpful with that too. So far I can’t recommend them highly enough. They found me a tenant within a week and at their time a few months on it seems like a good tenant. I’m very pleased with their service.
