We live outside the UK and Northwood Edinburgh, initially through Lewis Mallen who advised us on the best options and set up our contract and subsequently with Stuart Miller, is managing our flat in Edinburgh. Working with Lewis and the rest of the company has been a pleasure. All the paperwork and arrangements were done remotely as travel was not possible at the time we started working with them. They made everything easy, on time and with no hidden conditions or anything like that and they always do what they say. They promised peace of mind in managing the property and they have delivered.

Northwood look after three rental properties for myself and my wife. The service is excellent and they are able to take care of almost all aspects of renting the properties - and they do so efficiently and smoothly which is very reassuring. Highly recommended.

As new landlords we weren't familiar with all the legal requirements involved with renting out a property. Lewis was extremely helpful and patient as he guided us through the process. Once ready to rent, responsibility was handed over to Stuart and the office team who quickly found us a tenant and got everything set up within days.
