I moved to Northwood on a recommendation from a friend as I was unhappy with the well known letting agent I was with. The difference is amazing. I now get an answer to a phone call within 3 rings, often even earlier and emails are answered promptly and helpfully. That’s an enormous difference from my previous letting agents. I renovated my flat as I moved to Northwood and they were very helpful with that too. So far I can’t recommend them highly enough. They found me a tenant within a week and at their time a few months on it seems like a good tenant. I’m very pleased with their service.
