Neilsons have just completed the sale of property for my family, and we've been more than impressed. It was a difficult sale, due to factors outside our control, but Neilsons handled the problems extremely well, which prevented a lot of stress. The property was marketed well, and Neilsons were very prompt in answering any queries and dealing with any issues. Throughout the process, I felt in safe hands, unlike my experiences with other estate agents. So, I have no hesitation in giving them a high recommendation.

I am very pleased with my experience using Neilsons to sell my property. I had received recommendations and am glad that I went with them in the end. Both Megan and Kirsten looked after us throughout the whole process and I felt confident that we were in capable hands, this was particularly important as we live 3 and a half hours away.

I am very pleased I chose Neilsons to sell my flat in Leith .Megan ,Kirsten and Anne were very helpful and professional ,dealing with each stage of the sale. They kept me informed at all times as to the progress of the proceedings. The flat was sold and concluded in a very short space of time and all three made it very easy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone selling a property.

I recently sold a property using Neilson's. The service was excellent as I progressed seamlessly from Megan who did the initial contact to Susie who sorted out viewings, then to Kirsten who did the negotiations and finally to Claire for the conveyancing. Nine weeks from first call to completion with me living 200 miles away from the property! A very smooth, efficient and pleasant team - well done ladies! Fiona

Glad I chose to go with Neilsons to sell my flat. First time seller and was lucky to be assigned Kirsten Olverman with her wealth of experience and advice. It has taken a while to sell but with the interest rates, cost of living crisis, Kirsten was in contact often and guided me through to the sale. Would highly recommend Neilsons and Kirsten!
