We appointed Neilsons to handle both the purchase of a house in a new development and the sale of our existing house. Neilsons provided legal support for the purchase including help in finding bridging finance. The sale took several months due to accepted offers twice being withdrawn, however the team at Neilsons, both legal and estate agency, were a great support to us and were very attentive to prospective purchasers.

My flat sold in 20 days (which I was delighted with!) and the communication from all the staff in the team - Kirsten, the property sales team, conveyancing team, everybody, was exemplary. They’re continuing to work well with the purchase of my new home. Would heartily recommend them to anyone.

Kirsten Olverman was my Sales Negotiator on my property sale and she was an absolute superstar. She was really communicative, offered up advice without imposing opinions, and explained everything in a really clear and concise manner. Can't recommend her and Neilsons enough.

Just completed on a property sale and had the best experience with Neilsons from start to finish I was kept informed and in the loop. Maureen and Rachel were excellent organising all the viewings around my schedule and Kirsten done an amazing job as the Negoitator to get the best outcome. I would highly recommend to anyone selling or buying a property and I will use again in future if/when needed
