Neilsons have sold my flat - and what a smooth, stress free transaction Kirsten and her colleagues made it! And they sold it in 9 days. . . . They all made a great job of guiding me through all the steps of the process with informative emails and by patiently answering my questions. They were always either available straightaway on the phone or returned my call quickly. I so appreciated the information so readily available on the portal Neilsons set up for me - links to sales brochure etc, lists of who was viewing when etc etc - and the detailed Budget Planner which they kept updated to show me what the costs were. It was then a seamless transfer for the sale to be passed on to the lawyers in Neilsons' conveyancing department to continue the transaction
