While our sale is not yet concluded we would like to thank Neilsons for undertaking the sale of our current property and for dealing with the purchase of a new property. There are now quite a few members of the team with whom we have had dealings and each of them have been not only professional but also so helpful. Thank you to Eileen Henderson for handling the sale of our property which hopefully will be concluded soon.

They’ve been absolutely fabulous from start to finish, including some really hard graft from Kirsten Olverman to help me take care of a major issue the purchaser’s bank were having – always with a friendly and kind word. I could not have sorted this transaction so quickly and smoothly without her and Neilsons’ help and support.

Very smooth selling and buying experience with Neilsons. Kirsten Olverman was very thorough, had a great eye for detail and good local knowledge when it came to negotiating the sale of our flat. Dave Marshall (solicitor) could not have been more efficient in managing the conveyancing on the selling and buying side. Despite the quick turn around, all was completed without any hiccups.
