Selling flat, switched to Neilsons from a smaller Solicitor/ Estate Agent and the difference was astounding. Sold within a week! ...Our flat had been stuck on the market for 5 weeks with the previous firm, with no interest after the first few days. Our old EA had no ideas except sit and wait! Emailed Neilsons and Marion Goffin came back to me the same day with a complete strategy for selling. Everyone in the company seemed so much more 'switched on' than the previous firm. We cut our losses, paid a £500 leaving fee(!!) and moved over to Neilsons. In the end we still broke even because Neilsons' fees worked out around £500 less. Everything from the advice, communication, feedback, sales negotiation etc was streets ahead. Even the photography and 360 tour was noticeably higher quality and more professional. A special mention also to Jade Logan who calmly helped us negotiate a great sale price when we would have panicked and taken the first offer! In summary, these guys know the market, and they know how to sell houses. Very friendly and approachable too. ....and there was me thinking Estate Agents are probably all just the same!
