I bought my first home with Neilson's which completed recently. Neilson's were really helpful at every step, answering my questions and reassuring me during moments of first time buyer anxiety! I worked mostly with Louise Wright and she was really responsive throughout. Thank you for making the process so smoothe, I barely had to do anything and what I did need to do (i.e gathering documentation) was very clearly communicated. They were also flexible around where I could pick up my keys from, which was much appreciated.
