Balgores Hayes provided an excellent service from the moment I walked through the door. In particular Joe Hayes was fantastic. Very efficient, attentive and made sure I was updated throughout the process. He listened to what I wanted and provided viewings that were suitable. The whole process was made simple and easy. The team at Balgores were very efficient at getting my property on the market and getting viewings through the door. I was pushed for time with regards to having to sell in order to offer on another property, and the team ensured that there were no delays in getting my property on the market and viewings in the diary. Their advertisements online look the most professional compared to other estate agents and Joe H ensured all the pictures he took were of the highest quality. Joe L was always in touch to keep me updated (even if I was available to chat). I would like to thank them again for their efforts!

It was our first time renting and after looking at several properties with different agencies we settled on one with Andrews Residential. Not only were like friendly and welcoming but extremely professional and helpful at every juncture. We asked a lot of questions and the entire team were so quick in answering them all and having patience with us learning how to navigate this situation for the first time.
