Joe Hayes has been a huge help through the entire process of buying my flat. He kept me updated and always phoned back. If out of the office, one of the team would always ask if they could help and were very polite and friendly. Peter Walker (mortgage advisor) was also a great help. He explains the complicated parts so that you understand what is going on and gets things done straight away. I would recommend using Balgores to anyone! Originally a recommendation by a friend I was instantly impressed by the initial contact and communication from Joe. I then spent some time looking at other agents and online providers (who may have been cheaper but lacked a professional touch!) but the first impression by Balgores stayed prominent so there really was no other company close!
