He was on the ball and kept us updated on the progress and couldn't be happier with his professionalism and service

Although we haven't dealt with this agency for long, the experience so far has been excellent. Myself and my friend needed to move out from our respective homes urgently, and as everyone knows moving out is already stressful enough, and the added stress of dealing with various agencies that are less than friendly doesn't help. Thankfully, ELC has been nothing but kind to us. We were shown our flat by Claudia, who was very professional - turned up on time (very early, in fact!) and explained the application process thoroughly. After sending in our application we dealt with Lynn, who was just great. She emailed us immediately whenever she had an update on our application and answered all of our questions with no hesitation. We heard that our application was successful a little more than a week after the viewing, and we couldn't be more excited to move in to our new home. Here's hoping our experience with ELC continues to be this positive!

My wife and I have used Balgores Hayes Brentwood Lettings for nearly 3 years now and are thoroughly satisfied with the friendliness, service and professionalism of the entire team. What has made the difference for my partner and I , is that if things go wrong and inevitably they do sometimes, being able to rely on a competent lettings team to resolve as quickly and painlessly as possible is a key requirement for any landlord, and the Balgores Hays Lettings team consisting of Michael and Matthew delivered on this requirement.

First of all me and my wife would like to thank everyone at Balgores Hayes for everything they have done, Joe Hayes literally moved heaven and earth to help us constantly he keeped in touch with us even when he finished work. Joe worked very close with Balgores in Romford with who we was selling our house with, both teams worked together, we wouldn’t of got our dream house if it wasn’t for Joe Hayes.

Really impressed with Balgores on my recent flat purchase. Competent staff in particular a mention for Joe Lambert who I was dealing with direct.
