Possibly one of the most professional ones recently. Had a few ups and downs previously but the team now is very friendly and helpful. We were dealing with Fraser when moving out in October 2023 and he was very professional and reasonable in all the dealings throughout.

My experience with ELC as a first time landlord has been great. Alex was very helpful with advice prior to letting and helping me to ensure all the safety certificates were in place and the flat ready to rent. I was also impressed with their contractors, some of whom I met while preparing the flat for rent. Any repairs needed have been quickly organised. Overall they have made the letting process very smooth and I'm very happy that I chose to let with ELC.
