I have viewed 10 apartments in the last couple of weeks and the flat ELC showed me stood out the most for one simple reason. The real estate agent took the time to answer our questions and explain where everything is and how it will be in the future. As a salesman myself, I fully believe that customer service is of utmost importance. The 5 stars rating is well deserved.

Andrews have provided us an excellent service in looking after one of our rented properties. Manii worked hard to find us the right tenants and negotiated the best price. We were always kept in the loop throughout the process and Manii took away the headache of yearly maintenance requirements through her extensive network of contractors. Customer service provided was 5* and the entire team are very approachable and great to work with.

I’ve recently started using Andrew’s to let out my property and I must say the service has been exemplary. Particular praise must go to Melroy Kutukawarima who did a phenomenal job organising contractors for necessary works and waste removal. Thank you!
