Great agents who go above and beyond! Myself and my partner rented a flat with Arden Property Management for 1.5 years. We unfortunately had several issues with our landlord, and although they represented the landlord, they explained they also had a duty of care to take care of us as tenants. Arden property Management delivered exceptional service during this time and always provided professional advice over the phone, in prompt emails or face to face meetings to help us resolve issues. We dealt with Malcolm and Catriona and they often went above and beyond what they were required to do to make us feel listened to, inform us of our choices and help make us feel safe in our home when we were worried. Very recommended.
