As tenants we are very happy with the service we get. Everybody we've met so far were very friendly and provided great service. Special thanks and recommendations are going to our agent Michael Brogan, who seems to be going out of his way to help us feel good in our new home. Unfortunately, we cannot give 5 stars, just because the flat was very dirty when we moved in. I can understand that cleaning team was trying to do their best but probably they did not have enough time (flat was a total mess when we were viewing it) resulting in us spending quite a lot time cleaning everything by ourselves (which is not what you are expecting when moving into the new place).
