Hi Christopher, I am sorry that you have had a poor experience with our Company and I can only apologise further if any member of staff was rude or aggressive, that is never acceptable in any circumstance. I will investigate this further. It does state in our website advert that the property is suitable for professionals or couples and I think the confusion has arisen because the landlord did used to accept students. However this changed recently after they had a bad experience with a student let and the property was left in very poor condition. At that point the criteria for suitable tenants was changed. I am sorry that you were initially given misleading information but much better that we double check everything before going ahead and taking a deposit, allowing you to think that the property had been secured and causing even more inconvenience to you.
