What a half baked company. Complete lack of knowledge of properties in my experience. The answer to any question was that they didn't know. Any company with good and valued customer service would come back to you with answers. There were a few issues that needed attened prior to moving into a flat. A week before moving in they said the issues would be attended to the following day. That did not happen. Two days prior to moving in they said the issues would be done the next day and not to worry they would be done before moving in. Guess what....moving in day and the issues not fixed and now they dont know when they will be done. Disgusting that they find it alright to treat tennents in this way and falsify expectations. Would not recommend this company if it can be helped.
