Awful agency, we had repairs that were never repaired in the 5 years we lived there, they are very slow with any form of maintenance and need constant prompting. They also evicted us because after the 5 years we lived there paying rent on time, they decided we did not meet their affordability check. Not because we missed any rent payment, but because they thought we might not be able to afford it, even when we offered a guarantor. Avoid this agency at all costs.
