Hi Tom, I am sorry you were unhappy at having to pay for cleaning at the end of your tenancy, it is only fair though that we make sure the property is cleaned to the same standard in which you received it so that the next tenants have a clean place to move into. Threatening to leave bad reviews, which you have done, doesn't change the fact that we have to have the property cleaned.
