Hi Barry, I am really sorry that your tenancy has ended on such a sour note. Unfortunately you did not return the property in a good condition and so we had to organise cleaners, window cleaning and gardening. The costs of these jobs goes to the contractors not to Arden and it is a lot easier for us if we don't have to organise works like these so we don't look for an excuse to make more work for ourselves I can assure you.
