I have been letting a flat from Arden for the last year and I can honestly say that the experience has been exemplary. Everyone I have dealt with at Arden has been truly very lovely. Any issues with the flat are dealt with swiftly (even the maintenance people they send are all lovely!). I trust that they have my best interests at heart. What more can a tenant want than to feel taken care of? And I feel very well taken care of by Arden and hope to let flats out with them for years to come.
