I have found Tommy Kirkwood to be extremely helpful with assistance regarding work in maintaining a good standard in our tenement. Even though he is not the Factor for the whole tenement, he has assisted us in receiving general agreement for major tenements works for which I will always be grateful. I am moving home later this month and just hope the factor there will be as efficient and helpful as Tommy. He is a credit to Arden Property Management.
