HI Sylvester, I am very sorry that you have left us a one star review. I understand that you have had complex issues in the property with the water supply, a situation which in the main was beyond our control and exacerbated by third party contracts which were in place. I know this took some time to resolve which is very frustrating. However, we have worked hard on your behalf with the Landlords and they have agreed to install a new boiler and a new washing machine so I feel the one star is a little unfair. I hope the rest of your tenancy goes more smoothly and that you will recover some of your faith in Arden.
