Hello Duncan, I am sorry to hear this. Firstly though we are not Landlords, we are letting agents and if there is an issue with the building or a roof which isn't water tight this is a communal issue so all owners and Landlords in the building are responsible for the repair. I have checked with my maintenance team and we are not sure which property this relates to.
