HI Kim, I am very sorry to read this and not sure why you have waited two years to leave a review as you left the property in 2022. The property which you rented was not left in good order and you did not pay your final rent. During your tenancy it was very difficult to get access because of your dogs. Unfortunately it was a stressful experience for my staff dealing with you as you were often extremely abusive on the phone when they were only trying to help. We are a reputable, professional agency and I feel your comments are completely unjustified.
