i work with a Company who carry out damp inspections for Arden Property Management. Tommy and his colleagues provide the correct information, photos before we head out to one of the properties they manage, this allows us to book in sufficient time for the inspections. We collect keys from their office and then forward a report on what we have found. During the time we have worked together, I find they are helpful with providing the right information either from their Tenants or the Landlord.
