We’ve been living in the property managed by Arden for almost 7 years and only had positive interactions with the agency! Whenever we’ve had (the occasional) issues, they did their very best to remedy it in a timely manner. It is clear that they have their clients’ best interest and always look to keep their tenants happy. Their friendly staff and professional sub-contractors have made our home-living lives stress-free, as we can always count on Arden to fix any problems that may arise, day or night. We will be forever grateful for them negotiating with our landlord to freeze and discount our rent for a few months during the incredibly difficult time of the pandemic back in 2020. For us it meant the world! In the 7 years we’ve been living in the Arden managed property, Malcolm Brown has been kind of like our ‘own agent’. It’s really wonderful that we have a personal agent, as they get to know you on a personal level and really understand your needs. From the very beginning, Malcolm has been very friendly, approachable and kind. All throughout our renting process and tenancy he’s been incredibly helpful and made the whole process very smooth and clear. Malcolm is always very polite, professional and respectful and responds to emails promptly. Overall, we’re always looking forward to our property visits, as it gives us a chance to catch up and bring up any issues we may have.
