Excellent selling technique

I was impressed with David Evans right from the start. They were prepared to meet me on site at a time and date that suited me, unlike another local agent. The valuer was very professional and got the sale moving straight away. When it became obvious that the property was going to be popular they booked viewing slots and patiently went through 47 viewings over three days. This achieved a selling price that was beyond my expectations. Since the sale was agreed they have chased up all interested parties, arranged surveys and answered the buyers questions and taken them back to the site. I have not had to be at the property at all, other than to clear it out and check it over once in a while.
