Normally my experience would good with good communication with any work that I???ve had done. This time due to so many people coming to measure the flooring I had no idea what was happening. Until getting a text from a contractor which in the end wasn???t needed. I have already contacted the office to voice my issues

I first reported a leak from the window in my room back in Feb this year. Since then I have done several reports as keep on getting worse and every time it's raining outside, it will leak through the window. We have chased the agency multiple times as well on the phone and still no solution nor interest on our wellbeing or the state of the property. Not ONCE in 8 months an agent has come to check the leak or sent us an email or a call to explain the reason of the delay and give us an approximate date of when they are going to be able to fix the problem. Every time I'm at work and its raining I pray that the bucket I leave wont overflow and have a pool instead of a room when I return. We have had a two different contractors coming to have a look and giving quotes to the agency but I'm yet to hear back from any of them, I guess they just dont want to spend the money or perhaps they just want us to leave the flat. Honestly avoid them if you can, never seen more disregard for a tenants before, the only thing they are good at is on giving you excuses.

This setback required us to bring in a new contractor for reassessment and a fresh quote. We understand how frustrating this has been and deeply regret any inconvenience caused.
