Northwood looked after our flat while it was rented and then helped us to sell it. They were always very helpful and dealt with any problems quickly and efficiently. I initially made contact with Northwood to learn more about their Guaranteed Rental Income scheme, having heard their advert "all the time" on the radio! As the scheme "Does what it says on the tin" I initially placed one of my properties with them but was so pleased with the excellent service I later placed my other properties with Eastbourne as and when they became available. The team in Eastbourne have all been very helpful and professional, nothing seems too much trouble for them. Now they have sold my portfolio to other landlords as I'm emigrating. Thanks Northwood!
