Best agent on the street!

I was very impressed with Brian Holt's work. They were consummate professionals and very patient with me as the landlord.. They provided me with detailed info on prospective tenants prior to and after viewings, even if the viewing did not turn into an application. They did not do the hard sell either to the tenant or me the landlord and they were very thorough, even going over the tenancy agreement details. They also always answer the phone, which I consider very important both for landlords and tenants. As a landlord with a portfolio of properties elsewhere in the UK, I would rate this agent as one of the best and certainly one of the best in Coventry.

Brian Holt were fantastic throughout our unexpectedly protracted sale. They were professional, communicative and supportive. They acted throughout as a calm and reasoned.team and never dropped the ball through the many twists and turns. The details produced for our property were outstanding and were the result of the care they put into the marketing of properties. We were never left dangling or unaware of the situation and were always greeted warmly when we contacted them or popped in to the office.

We are incredibly happy with the service we receive from Brian Holt, the team in Earlsdon are always friendly and approachable with any concerns we've had in the property we rent. Due to the both of us being graduates we have had experience with five different estate agencies and Brian Holt is hands down the best one. They contact us immediately with any corrospondence and obviously it varies based on your landlord but we were able to find a property that allowed pets so I could take my sixteen year old cat with me to our new home. It took over two years to find a property that would allow pets at all but to the team at Brian Holt and our landlord it was no bother at all. Highly recommended, currently we are saving for a mortgage and couldn't think of any other agency to go with.
