Brilliant from start to finish! Can't recommend enough - 110%. The whole J W Woods team were outstanding in the recent sale of my property. From Adrian who came to do the valuation, to Chloe and the sales team at the Chester le street branch all the way through to Kelly the aftersales coordinator. Adrian was professional and had a great knowledge without being pushy, I felt comfortable at all times and trusted Adrian's advice. Chloe and the sales team were fantastic. They secured a sale which unfortunately fell through due to a property further down the chain. Following this they had our property back on the market, secured viewings and received multiple offers over the asking price within 5 days. When they presented the offers they had al the information we required to make a decision on which offer we would like to accept. The aftersales service that Kelly provided was second to none.
