Having tried to sell with another agent what particularly pleased me was the friendly staff in the office who spent time visiting my property so they could explain to buyers what it was like. This service beats the internet for me!

After 6 months of dreadful communication and poor customer service we took our house off the market and relisted with JW Wood.
