Would 100% recommend JW Wood. From the moment Liam came round to value my property, I felt like they had my best interests at heart. To the point of receiving an offer. Rebecca Tate supported me whilst the property was on the market & kept me updated at every step. She was utterly wonderful from getting the opening offer from the buyer to closing the sale within a couple of hours that same day. She took all the anxiety away from the process & I felt like she was working to make sure I got the price that I was really happy with. Genuinely cannot thank her enough. Communication is quick & easy. I never once didn't have my call answered, which for me, when I'm calling in 5 minutes between meetings, was absolutely crucial & again made the whole process so much easier.

I have nothing bad to say about my experience with JW Wood, everything has been great since the beginning. When I enquired about the house I was interested in, it was a bank holiday, but I still got a speedy response from Director Geoff and my first viewing was organised really quickly. The property consultant Ann has been really helpful throughout the whole process which is great as a first time buyer. She’s always been readily available for any questions I have and has given me regular updates through the process. It’s been a very positive first time buying experience for me.
