We were massively impressed with JW Wood, so much so we have used them on 2 occasions and regularly recommend them to others.. our property had been on with another well known local agency yet we received little to no communication and felt we were chasing them. Moving house is never easy but from start to finish JW Wood made the process as straight forward as possible. Our initial contacts were very good getting the house on the market at Christmas. We had very few viewings until about May and we had to reduce our price twice. Even so we had to accept a lower offer, and we felt a bit under pressure to do so, perhaps because of a lack of understanding. However we made a sale, and have very good service since then.

Ann and Elaine took over as my points of contact and really pulled it out of the bag for me. They were both so helpful and gave me some excellent advice, I’m really grateful to both of them, they’re a credit to JW Woods. We didn’t have a straight forward transaction so I did have quite a bit of contact with Ann in particular and she always made me feel like she had my best interests at heart. I’d definitely recommend JW Woods, the only reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is due to the issues I experienced at the beginning of my transaction but this was in relation to employees who no longer work at JW Woods.
