Excellent service from JW Wood Durham throughout - from house viewing, to price negotiation, to communication with the owner, to dealing with builders, solicitors and mortgage lender. The purchase was not straighforward due to the pandemic situation and due to problems with the house that needed sorting before we can proceed. As new buyers without any prior experience we wouldn't have been able to complete the purchase without the professional help of Ann Stobbart.
