Lenwell manage our large portfolio of rental properties in Luton, Dunstable, Milton Keynes and Northampton. The level of service that they continue to provide has always been of the highest quality from their Letting Negotiators quickly finding suitable tenants for our properties through to their Property Managers who efficiently deal with inventories, inspections, any maintenance requests etc. The majority of our properties are based in Dunstable and therefore we deal regularly with Kieron who is the Lettings Manager at the Dunstable Branch. Kieron is always prepared to go the extra mile when we deal with him and this extends to him offering advice on potential local purchases or development opportunities that may arise. Certainly takes pressure of myself, knowing that our rental properties are in safe hands.
