Excellent tenant find

We contacted Belvoir in 2015 after receiving poor service from another letting agent. Shona has consistently found us excellent medium to long term tenants who have given us no hassle. I believe this has been due to good vetting and not just accepting the first person willing to put down a deposit.

Great service, especially Jamie Hay and Kerry Boyle, they are by far the most helpful people I have experienced from any letting agents.

The Team at Belvoir Dundee are the Best! I was let down by a different letting agency, and did not have much time before vacating my current accommodation. The Team at Belvoir went an 'extra mile' and got me a lovely house, in good time for me not to be on the streets or incur hotel bills. I had been with belvoir for approx 4 years and throughout my time there, the customer service was exceptional. We had Lucy mainly look after any of our issues and we couldn't have asked for someone better. Not only Lucy but other staff that needed to come in and help us also were exceptional. We regularly recieved property inspections just checking on the property and the guy that came (can't remember name) was also brilliant, he wasnt just in to check the property and leave he actually took the time and spoke about things and took the time to speak to my children. Never once did we have to repeat ourselves when a maintenance issue arose with the property, it was always dealt with within the same week. Overall I will certainly be returning to belvoir as they are a top notch firm/team of people who really same to care about their tenants. As a landlord I have used Belvoir for 5 years and have found Nick Horan and his team to be first class. I want my tenants to be happy and any problems that may arise dealt with in a timely manner. Until now all issues have been handled professionally, efficiently and always in a friendly manner.
