I had a great experience with Belvoir Dundee. Aimi, Emily and the whole team were so friendly and helpful. I moved to Dundee from another city, so viewing houses was not easy for me. After I called them, they kindly arranged extra viewings to help me. At first, I was not 100% happy with the first property, but when I visited their office, they listened carefully to what I needed and helped me find a much better option. In the later application steps, they were also very thoughtful and helped me complete every necessary part. They were always warm and patient, kindly answering all my questions and concerns. I could feel that they genuinely wanted me to find a good apartment and stay happily. They are a wonderful bridge between the landlord and the tenants.
